It was a real pleasure to make these renderings for a competition in Almería, helping our friend and talented architect J.M. Pleguezuelos reach the 2nd place for a new Sports Centre in Almería, Spain.
It was specially important to showcase how the building was connected with its surroundings, both architecturally through an open ground floor that embraces the exterior space and creates a seamless connection between the city and the building itself, and in terms of materiality, where the metal reflections "captures" the environment to generate its own skin.
