We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@render4tomorrow.com.
This policy applies to www.render4tomorrow.com and to the personal data we handle in the course of our work as an architectural visualization studio.
2. What data we collect, why, and on what legal basis
2.1 Contact form and quote requests
When you fill in the form on our contact page we collect: first name, email address, company, project type, whether you have a 3D model, number and type of images, deadline, and your project description. Any additional information you choose to include is also collected.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the project. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
2.2 Email, phone and messaging
If you contact us by email, phone or through our social media profiles, we process the contact details and the content of the conversation for the same purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries that are not contractual in nature (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
2.3 Client and project data
For clients, we also process billing details, project files and correspondence. Purpose: managing the working relationship, invoicing and accounting. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with our legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
2.4 Professional contact details obtained from public sources
We sometimes contact architecture studios, developers and marketing agencies who have not contacted us first. In those cases we use professional contact details (name, role, business email, studio, publicly announced projects) obtained from the organisation's own website, public competition results, professional directories or LinkedIn.
Purpose: to present our services to businesses that may have a professional interest in them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in direct business-to-business marketing (Art. 6.1.f GDPR, Recital 47), balanced against your rights. We never process special categories of data for this purpose, and we do not contact private individuals. Your rights: you can object at any time and we will stop and delete your details — one reply to the email is enough. Every message we send includes an opt-out.
2.5 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we process your name, email address and basic engagement data (whether an email was opened or a link clicked) to send you occasional updates about our work, articles and services. The newsletter is hosted and delivered by Substack. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what we sent before.
2.6 Browsing data and cookies
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and time of visit. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional (essential cookies and logs), and your consent for analytics and marketing cookies (Art. 22 of Spanish Act 34/2002, LSSI-CE, and Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
See section 6 for details on cookies.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We do rely on service providers who process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
-
Wix.com Ltd (Israel) — website hosting, contact forms and site infrastructure. Israel is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.
-
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — business email and file storage (Google Workspace) and website measurement (Google Analytics 4).
-
Substack Inc. (United States) — newsletter hosting and delivery. Substack also processes some subscriber data for its own purposes as a controller; see substack.com/privacy.
-
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — measurement of our advertising through the Meta pixel.
-
Our accountant and, where legally required, tax authorities, banks and public bodies.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google, Meta and Substack are certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as a complementary safeguard. You can ask us for details of the safeguards in place.
4. How long we keep it
-
Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 2 years from the last contact, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us.
-
Client and project data: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law — generally 6 years for accounting records (Art. 30 Código de Comercio) and 4 years for tax purposes (Ley General Tributaria).
-
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
-
Outreach contacts: until you object, or until the contact is no longer professionally relevant.
-
Cookies and analytics: as stated in section 6.
After those periods, data is deleted or blocked and kept only as long as legal liabilities may arise.
5. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to info@render4tomorrow.com with proof of your identity:
-
Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
-
Rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
-
Erasure — deletion, where we no longer need the data or where you withdraw consent.
-
Restriction — pause processing while a dispute over accuracy or legitimate interest is resolved.
-
Portability — receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format.
-
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing. If you object to marketing, we stop immediately.
-
Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
6. Cookies
Our site uses:
-
Essential cookies, set by Wix, needed for the site to work, for security and for form submission. These do not require your consent.
-
Analytics cookies, from Google Analytics 4, which tell us in aggregate how the site is used.
-
Advertising cookies, from the Meta pixel, which measure the performance of our campaigns and let us reach similar professional audiences.
Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the banner settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser — blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and restricting access to the two of us and to the providers listed above. No system is completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will notify you and the AEPD of any breach where the law requires it.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools, services or the applicable law change. The version published on this page is always the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
