The jury will spend, on average, under two minutes with your submission before forming a first impression. In that time, your render has to communicate spatial quality, material intent, scale, atmosphere, and the relationship between the building and its context — all at once.
This is not the same as a sales image for a developer. The brief is different, the audience is different, and the stakes are higher.

How We Work on Competition Projects
Step 1 — Brief and scope Send us your plans, competition brief, and deadline. We agree on number of views, camera positions, and atmosphere before quoting. No surprises.
Step 2 — First draft You receive low-resolution previews within days — enough to check composition, atmosphere, and camera angles before production lock-in.
Step 3 — Refinement One or two feedback rounds to adjust materials, light, vegetation, and staging. At this stage the composition is fixed, which makes each round fast.
Step 4 — Final delivery High-resolution finals in the formats and dimensions your submission requires. Delivered before your deadline.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a competition rendering take? Most packages — 2 to 4 views — are delivered within 5 to 10 working days from a confirmed brief. For tight deadlines, contact us first to confirm availability. We do take on fast-turnaround commissions when our calendar allows.
What files do you need to start? Floor plans (PDF or DWG), site context, any reference images you have, and the competition brief. If you have a 3D model, even a rough one, that shortens production time. We can work from 2D plans alone when needed.
Do you work with studios outside Spain? The majority of our competition clients are based in Switzerland, Germany, France, and Belgium. We work entirely in English and our process is fully remote.
What is the difference between a competition render and a marketing render? Atmosphere, specificity, and argument. A marketing render sells a lifestyle. A competition render defends a design position. We approach them differently from the first conversation. Can you work under an NDA for confidential competition submissions? Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements when required. Confidentiality is standard practice for unrevealed competition entries.
