About Render4tomorrow

Render4tomorrow is an architectural visualisation studio founded in 2013 by two architects who kept seeing the same problem: beautiful renders that said nothing about the architecture.

We are Pedro J. López and Juan M. Pérez, both Master of Architecture graduates from the Universidad de Granada (UGR). Before founding the studio, we worked inside architecture practices — designing, drawing competition boards, and sitting on the other side of the table when render deadlines collided with design deadlines. That experience shaped how we work: we read plans and briefs like architects, because we are architects.

What we do

We specialise in competition renderings — images built to make an argument in front of a jury, not just to look good. We also produce marketing visuals and real estate presentations for developers and agencies.

Since 2013 we have worked on 10 to 12 competition projects every year with architecture firms across Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Spain.

Track record

Our images have contributed to 10 prizes in international architecture competitions, including several podium finishes.

1st Prize — Elderly home Bachwiesen, Zürich, Switzerland (with Piertzovanis Toews)
1st Prize — New EMS care home, Bex, Switzerland (with Counson Architectes)
1st Prize — School building extension, Neuendorf, Switzerland (with Ern+Heinzl Architekten)
1st Prize — Residential and commercial development, Einsiedeln, Switzerland (with Raumbureau + Park Architekten)
2nd Prize — Road Traffic and Shipping Authority, Münchenbuchsee, Switzerland (with Risi and Pascal Wassmann)
2nd Prize — Sports Centre, Almería, Spain (with J.M. Pleguezuelos Architect)

Plus further prizes in Bätterkinden, Magglingen and Burgdorf (with Ern+Heinzl Architekten) and an honourable mention for the International Museum of Volcanoes, Lanzarote — our own design.

How we work

Most rendering studios receive a model and return a pretty image. We start earlier: with the brief, the plans and the question every jury will ask — what is this project arguing?

Because we trained and worked as architects, we read your documentation the way you do. We notice when a camera angle contradicts the concept, when the atmosphere undersells the material strategy, or when the view you asked for is not the view your project needs — and we tell you. You are not hiring a pair of hands; you are adding two architects to your competition team for a few weeks.

That is also why most of our clients come back. The studios we work with in Switzerland, Germany and France have been with us for years — and yes, most of our work is remote, and distance has never been an obstacle.
